Your privacy is fundamental to the design of NowBlind, and we are committed to minimizing data collection while protecting user anonymity and security.

NowBlind collects information that you provide directly when creating an account or using the platform. This may include your username, email address, profile details, preferences such as gender or location filters, and any content you voluntarily submit. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. We do not require you to disclose your real identity during blind chats, and we do not force identity verification for basic usage unless required for compliance or withdrawal purposes.

We also collect certain technical and usage data automatically when you access the platform. This may include device information, browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, session activity, timestamps, and interaction logs. This data is used to maintain platform functionality, improve performance, prevent abuse, and ensure security. We do not use this data to publicly identify users in blind sessions.

Blind chat sessions are designed with privacy at their core. Conversations that take place during blind sessions are deleted once the session ends. We do not retain blind chat content after termination of the session, except where required for security investigations, abuse prevention, or compliance with applicable law. Media items shared within chats are deleted once they are viewed by the receiver. These media files are not permanently stored after viewing, subject to technical limitations and security requirements.

If you create a public profile or participate in creator features, certain information may be visible to other users based on your chosen privacy settings. You may choose to keep your profile private or make it public. You remain in control of what information you display, and you may modify or remove profile content at any time, subject to platform functionality.

NowBlind does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal data with advertisers. Your conversations, preferences, and usage behavior are not sold for commercial exploitation. Data sharing is limited strictly to service providers necessary for operating the platform.

We use third party infrastructure and analytics providers to support platform functionality and performance. These providers may include services such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and OVH. These providers process data on our behalf for purposes such as hosting, traffic management, security protection, and analytics measurement. Data shared with such providers is limited to what is necessary for technical operations and performance analysis. These third parties are subject to their own privacy policies and security practices.

To support our services, we partner with Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google uses cookies (specifically the DART cookie) and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to NowBlind and other sites on the internet. These cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads that are relevant to your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings or by using third-party opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance. By using NowBlind, you consent to the use of these cookies for advertising purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we use modern security practices designed to protect user information and maintain platform integrity.

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account. To delete your account and associated personal data, open this link after logging in with your registered email, and click on Delete Account. All of your data is permanently wiped out immediately. Certain limited information may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Blind chat messages and viewed media are deleted according to the policies described above. Account information is retained while your account remains active unless you request deletion.

NowBlind is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will take steps to remove the account and associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or platform functionality. Updates will be posted on the platform, and continued use of NowBlind constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

In accordance with local data protection laws, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee our privacy framework and handle user inquiries.
