By accessing or using NowBlind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. NowBlind is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update such information as necessary. NowBlind reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in suspicious or harmful activity. We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or terminate access to the platform without prior notice if we believe a user has violated these Terms or poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

NowBlind is designed to facilitate direct human conversations, including blind chats where users may remain anonymous. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you share and for any information you voluntarily disclose. You understand that anonymity is respected within blind chats and that no other user has the right to demand, extract, or expose your identity without your consent. You agree not to attempt to uncover, solicit, record, distribute, or publicly disclose the identity or personal information of any user without explicit permission. NowBlind is not responsible for any consequences resulting from information you voluntarily share with other users.

You agree to use NowBlind in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation, exploitation, impersonation, fraud, spamming, coercion for gifts or financial gain, sharing explicit or illegal content involving minors, distributing malware, scraping data, or engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws. You may not use the platform to promote or facilitate illegal services, including but not limited to prostitution, trafficking, or financial manipulation schemes. Any attempt to manipulate the gifting or rewards system through coordinated activity, fake accounts, or deceptive practices may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Users retain ownership of content they create and share on NowBlind. By posting content or engaging in conversations, you grant NowBlind a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, display, transmit, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our discretion, to be harmful, illegal, or inconsistent with the platform’s standards. NowBlind does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user generated content and is not responsible for the conduct of other users.

NowBlind may offer features that allow users to send gifts, receive rewards, or participate in creator programs. All such features are governed by our separate Rewards Policy and Refund Policy. You acknowledge that digital purchases are generally final and that violations of these Terms may result in suspension of accounts and forfeiture of any balances or earnings. NowBlind does not guarantee that any user will earn income, receive gifts, or maintain a specific level of engagement. Earnings and participation are subject to eligibility requirements, fraud monitoring, and compliance with applicable laws.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NowBlind makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error free operation, or compatibility with all devices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowBlind disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

You understand and agree that NowBlind is not responsible for the actions, communications, or behavior of other users. Any interaction between users is solely between those users. NowBlind does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee the identity, intent, or authenticity of any participant. You assume full responsibility for your interactions and agree that NowBlind shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NowBlind’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to NowBlind, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NowBlind, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

NowBlind reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of NowBlind after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NowBlind is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NowBlind regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By using NowBlind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
