Verification Policy

We collect basic personal information such as your full name, date of birth, address, and submitted images (ID document and selfie) solely for the purpose of verifying your identity. This data is used only during the verification process and is not shared publicly or displayed to other users on the platform.

All uploaded documents and personal information are stored securely and are accessed only by authorized systems and reviewers responsible for processing verification requests. Once your verification is reviewed and a final decision is made, your submitted documents are permanently deleted from our storage systems within a reasonable period, and only the verification status (such as approved or rejected) is retained.

Verification on NowBlind is completely free and optional. You are not required to verify your profile to use the platform, but a verified badge may help build trust with other users and improve your visibility across the app.

If your verification request is rejected, you may be required to wait for a defined period before submitting a new request. This is to maintain the integrity of the verification process and prevent misuse.

If you delete your account, your verification status will also be permanently removed. If you choose to create a new account in the future, you will need to go through the verification process again.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

By submitting a verification request, you confirm that the information and documents provided are accurate, belong to you, and have not been altered or misrepresented. Any attempt to submit fraudulent or misleading information may result in rejection of the request and potential restrictions on your account.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Continued use of the verification feature constitutes your acceptance of any updates to this policy.
